This example is a .45 ACP, 230 gr. Gold Dot hollow point.

DPRS achieving the impossible!

Notice that the bullet has both left AND right-hand twist rifling. This bullet was fired first from a Colt 1911-A1 (left-hand twist). Immediately upon recovery (from a 4' stopping distance), it was reloaded on-site to maximum allowable powder charge (6.4 gr. Accurate No. - muzzle velocity 850: FPS) and fired once again, this time from a Ruger P90 (right-hand twist). This was done not only once, but several times, just to demonstrate that this is now possible!

Ballistics Research was informed by the Patent and Trademark Office, as well as local, state and federal firearms/forensics experts, that, based upon their experience and training, never has the same HOLLOW POINT round ever been fired and recovered twice ... and still be in absolutely perfect condition!

This bullet shows the reliability, sensitivity, and, above all, superiority of our method over all other recovery methods - water tanks, ballistic gelatin, snail traps, etc. With this recovery method, it is now possible to do the impossible!
